As an Accounts Payable Specialist at Asia Fitness Indonesia, you will be at the heart of our financial operations, working closely with our finance team to ensure that all vendor payments are processed accurately and efficiently. You will use industry-standard tools like SAP and QuickBooks to manage our accounts payable processes, and you will be responsible for reconciling accounts, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Process and verify vendor invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Maintain and update the accounts payable system using SAP and QuickBooks.
- Reconcile accounts payable records to ensure financial accuracy.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate payment terms.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly reports to the finance team.
- Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements.
- Provide support to the finance team during audit and tax preparation processes.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role.
- Proficient in using SAP and QuickBooks.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
