As an F&B Restaurant Sales Assistant / Administrator, you'll be responsible for managing sales operations, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You'll work closely with our team to deliver outstanding service and support our events, ensuring they run seamlessly and exceed guest expectations.

- Manage sales operations and ensure targets are met.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.
- Assist in event planning and execution, ensuring all logistical requirements are met.
- Provide excellent customer service to guests and vendors.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales and operational activities.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the restaurant.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Proven experience in sales operations and customer service.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of local regulations and industry standards.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg.
