📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and verify vendor invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Maintain and update the accounts payable system using SAP and QuickBooks.
• Reconcile accounts payable records to ensure financial accuracy.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate payment terms.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly reports to the finance team.
• Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements.
• Provide support to the finance team during audit and tax preparation processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role.
• Proficient in using SAP and QuickBooks.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
