📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and organize a variety of engaging activities tailored to the interests and abilities of our elderly residents.
• Facilitate group activities such as games, crafts, and educational sessions to promote social interaction and cognitive stimulation.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure activities align with the physical and mental health needs of our residents.
• Monitor resident participation and provide feedback to enhance the quality of our programs.
• Assist in the development and implementation of activity schedules that cater to individual preferences and abilities.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for activities, ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are available.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and new activities.
• Promote a positive and inclusive atmosphere that values the dignity and individuality of each resident.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Nursing, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in healthcare or senior care activities.
• Certification in Senior Care or related field is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse groups of seniors.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
• Proven ability to plan and organize activities effectively.
• Compassionate and patient attitude towards elderly residents.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.
