📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan and coordinate banquet events, including menu selection, vendor management, and event logistics.,Oversee the preparation and presentation of food and beverages, ensuring they meet high standards of quality and presentation.,Manage and train banquet staff, ensuring they are well-prepared and motivated to deliver exceptional service.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote banquet events and attract customers.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.,Monitor event budgets and expenses, ensuring they are managed effectively and efficiently.,Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise during events.,Evaluate event performance and make recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in banquet event management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully planning and executing high-quality banquet events.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with event planning software and tools.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food service.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
