📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet operations, including vehicles, drivers, and maintenance.,Develop and implement fleet management policies and procedures.,Monitor fuel consumption, vehicle maintenance schedules, and insurance renewals.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Coordinate with drivers and maintenance teams to resolve any issues promptly.,Conduct regular fleet audits to identify areas for improvement.,Manage and maintain fleet documentation, including vehicle logs and maintenance records.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless fleet operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proven track record of managing and coordinating fleet operations.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Ability to drive and have a valid driver's license.
