📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Proven track record of successfully managing HR functions and teams.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Familiarity with HR best practices and industry trends.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
