📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the IT department, including setting goals and objectives, and ensuring that the department is meeting its targets.,Oversee the implementation and maintenance of our technology infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks.,Work with other departments to ensure that our IT systems are supporting their business needs and that any issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.,Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure that our technology infrastructure is secure and compliant with industry standards.,Train and mentor IT staff to ensure that they are up-to-date with the latest technology trends and best practices.,Monitor and analyze IT performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.,Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and best practices, and recommend solutions to the management team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role in the IT industry.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks.,Experience with IT security and compliance, including knowledge of industry standards and regulations.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and implement solutions to complex IT issues.,Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
