📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the daily operations of the section, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to the required standard.,Developing and implementing strategies to improve section performance and productivity.,Managing a team of employees, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.,Monitoring and analyzing section performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions.,Collaborating with other departments to ensure that section goals align with organizational objectives.,Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Representing the section at meetings and events, both internally and externally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in business administration, human resources, or a related discipline.,At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a similar industry or organization.,Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English is a plus.
