• Greet and welcome guests with a warm smile, creating a positive first impression.
• Assist with check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
• Provide information about the hotel's amenities, dining options, and local attractions.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Promote the hotel's special events, packages, and promotions to enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming lobby area, ensuring it is always presentable.
• Work collaboratively with the hospitality team to deliver exceptional guest services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service and build strong guest relationships.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Knowledge of hotel operations and guest services.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
