• Manage logistics, including transportation, accommodation, and tour itineraries.
• Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
• Monitor and analyze operational data using tools like Salesforce and QuickBooks.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and sustainability.
• Foster a culture of sustainability and community impact within the organization.
• Represent Borneo Eco Tours at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management within the eco-tourism or sustainable travel industry.
• Proven track record of managing and leading teams.
• Strong knowledge of environmental and sustainability practices.
• Proficiency in using Salesforce, QuickBooks, and Google Workspace.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
