📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the day-to-day financial operations of the luxury villas, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions using accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Monitor and reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial records.
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with the villa management team to ensure financial goals are met and to provide financial insights for decision-making.
• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests and ensure all financial transactions related to their stays are handled promptly and accurately.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a hospitality accounting role or a similar financial position.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and Indonesian GAAP accounting principles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
