PT Akasia Mandiri is seeking a skilled Technical Writer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for our software products. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Create and maintain technical documentation for software products.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure documentation accuracy and relevance.
  • Write clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation.
  • Review and edit documentation for clarity and consistency.
  • Update documentation as needed to reflect changes in the software.
  • Ensure documentation is accessible to all users, including those with disabilities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.
  • Provide feedback on documentation to improve its quality and usability.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in technical writing.
  • Strong understanding of technical concepts and processes.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Familiarity with technical writing tools and software.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
