📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and budgeting.,Ensure high-quality food and service by implementing and maintaining food safety and quality control standards.,Drive customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and resolving customer complaints.,Manage and develop a team of restaurant staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.,Monitor and analyze sales and operational data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements.,Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.,Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations and food safety standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
