📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Identify and qualify potential leads through outbound and inbound channels.
  • Conduct outreach to prospects via phone, email, and social media.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to schedule meetings and demos.
  • Track and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and updates.
  • Provide regular reports on lead generation and sales activities.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to sales strategies and goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and Elastic's products and services.
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in sales development or a related field.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and quota.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to travel as required.
