📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee and manage the extrusion production process to ensure optimal efficiency and quality.
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production performance.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Lead and mentor a team of production engineers and technicians.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and improve processes.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
  • Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Participate in project planning and execution to support company growth objectives.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in extrusion manufacturing.
  • Strong understanding of extrusion processes, equipment, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing production teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in manufacturing.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Experience in a similar role in the electric and lighting industry is a plus.
