In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the company's financial operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing strategic financial advice to support the company's growth and success.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the company's financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.,Provide strategic financial advice and recommendations to support the company's growth and success.,Manage and mentor junior finance and accounting staff, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and capabilities.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the company's financial goals and objectives are met.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in finance and accounting, and implement new processes and systems as needed.,Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders, as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior or managerial role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.,Proficient in using accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound financial decisions.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
