📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure smooth workflow.,Monitor team performance and provide guidance and support as needed.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.,Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts in a timely and professional manner.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.,Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational objectives.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all operations and activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.,Experience in a similar role within a manufacturing or production environment is a plus.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools is a plus.
