📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement community health strategies to improve kidney health and reduce the burden of kidney disease.,Lead and manage community health programs, ensuring they align with organizational goals and objectives.,Build and maintain strong relationships with community leaders, health providers, and other stakeholders.,Conduct needs assessments and evaluations to inform program development and improvement.,Monitor and evaluate program outcomes to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.,Represent The National Kidney Foundation at community events and conferences.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in community health and program management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Health Sciences, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in community health strategy and program development.,Strong knowledge of public health principles and practices.,Proven track record of successful program implementation and management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience in working with diverse communities and stakeholders.
