MR.DIY is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our Supervisor Apprentice Program (SAP). This program is designed to develop the next generation of retail leaders through hands-on experience and mentorship. The successful candidate will work closely with our experienced supervisors to learn and grow in the retail operations field. This is a full-time position located in Badung, Bali, with a competitive salary of IDR 5000000 - 8000000.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing and leading retail operations, including inventory, sales, and customer service.,Learn and apply best practices in retail management and leadership.,Work closely with experienced supervisors to develop and enhance skills.,Participate in training and development programs to build leadership capabilities.,Support the team in achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction.,Contribute to the development of operational procedures and standards.,Assist in the recruitment and training of new team members.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to enhance the shopping experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program or have completed a degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and lead by example.,Proactive and willing to learn and grow in a leadership role.,Familiarity with retail operations and management principles.,Basic knowledge of inventory management and sales techniques.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
