📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the design and implementation of retail spaces, ensuring they align with SM Supermalls' brand identity and "More to Life" philosophy.
• Collaborate with interior designers, architects, and other stakeholders to create visually stunning and functional shopping environments.
• Develop and oversee the execution of design projects, from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality results.
• Conduct market research and stay updated on the latest trends in retail design to keep our malls at the forefront of innovation.
• Manage a team of designers and support staff, providing guidance and mentorship to foster a creative and productive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with all design standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
• Present design concepts to senior management and clients, effectively communicating the vision and benefits of the proposed designs.
• Oversee the procurement and installation of design elements, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail design, with a proven track record of successful projects.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of retail trends and consumer behavior.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Creative thinking and innovative problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Bali's retail market and the unique challenges and opportunities it presents.
