📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage the organization's financial records using QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports to support decision-making processes.
- Oversee budgeting and forecasting to ensure financial sustainability.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Provide financial advice and support to program managers and project teams.
- Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement financial strategies.
- Monitor cash flow and manage banking transactions.
- Conduct financial audits and reviews to maintain accuracy and integrity.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial management or accounting.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and other financial software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with non-profit financial practices and impact reporting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Certification in financial management or accounting is a plus.
