📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Support the legal team in managing and coordinating legal matters related to our business operations.
• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and agreements with Chinese partners.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to the business team on compliance with Indonesian and international laws.
• Facilitate communication and coordination between our legal team and Chinese stakeholders, leveraging your Mandarin language skills.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in Indonesia and China.
• Assist in the preparation and organization of legal documents and records.
• Participate in legal training and professional development programs.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of legal policies and procedures within the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in legal coordination or a similar role.
• Fluency in Mandarin (both spoken and written).
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international laws, particularly those related to business and commerce.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in using legal software and tools such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, or similar.
