📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic investment plans to maximize returns and minimize risks.
• Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify investment opportunities.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of the investment portfolio, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, investors, and industry partners.
• Leverage Bloomberg Terminal, FactSet, and Morningstar to gather and analyze investment data.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and inform investment strategies.
• Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management and the board of directors.
• Mentor and guide junior investment professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Investment Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in investment management, with a proven track record of successful portfolio management.
• Certification in Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
