📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead the design and implementation of retail spaces, ensuring they align with SM Supermalls' brand identity and "More to Life" philosophy.
Collaborate with interior designers, architects, and other stakeholders to create visually stunning and functional shopping environments.
Develop and oversee the execution of design projects, from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality results.
Conduct market research and stay updated on the latest trends in retail design to keep our malls at the forefront of innovation.
Manage a team of designers and support staff, providing guidance and mentorship to foster a creative and productive work environment.
Ensure compliance with all design standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
Present design concepts to senior management and clients, effectively communicating the vision and benefits of the proposed designs.
Oversee the procurement and installation of design elements, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail design, with a proven track record of successful projects.
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong understanding of retail trends and consumer behavior.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Creative thinking and innovative problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with Bali's retail market and the unique challenges and opportunities it presents.
