📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of production operations to ensure efficient and effective delivery of products.
  • Develop and implement production schedules and plans to meet customer demands and company goals.
  • Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Lead and mentor production staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation in production processes.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in the workplace.
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure timely availability of raw materials and components.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to production team members.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management or a similar role in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and control systems.
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems.
  • Familiarity with quality management systems and standards.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
