HR Generalist (English or Mandarin Speaker) - Factory Support Role

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures tailored to the factory environment.
• Conduct recruitment drives, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding processes.
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
• Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
• Support payroll and benefits administration using HRIS (Human Resource Information System) tools.
• Collaborate with management to create a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Provide HR consultancy to department heads on employee-related matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR generalist roles, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Proficient in using HRIS and payroll software such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
